Tichina Arnold is officially a free woman after her divorce from NBA coach DaRico Hines was finalized.
According to legal documents, on July 15th, a judge signed off on Tichina’s divorce. The process has been in the making for some years now.
In 2016, the actress announced that she was leaving her husband due to an alleged sex tape of him and another woman. At the time, a representative for Hines declined to make a statement about the allegations. However, the rep did mention the couple was dealing with a “private and deeply personal matter.”
Even though Tichina made the announcement in 2016, it wasn’t until August 2021 that she finally put the plan into play.
The documents state that the couple split on January 12, 2016, due to irreconcilable differences. The former couple did not have kids together and waived their rights to collect spousal support.
