A familiar face is set to join the cast of the second season of “Bel-Air.”
Peacock announced on Thursday that Fresh Prince actress Tatyana Ali had been added to the show’s second season.
As you know, Ali played the role of Uncle Phil and Aunt Viv’s youngest daughter, Ashley Banks, in the original series.
It has been reported that Ali will play the role of Ashley’s (Akira Akbar) English middle school teacher Mrs. Hughes, “who sees something special in Ashley, often giving her books from her personal collection.”
Ali revealed the news to her fans on Twitter Thursday, saying, “Cats out the bag. There’s no going back now. … Buckle up!”
