Love & Hip Hop Hollywood star Apple Watts is showing signs of improvement while in the hospital recovering from a terrible car accident. Her sister posted a video from a hospital visit on Instagram.
Watts’ sister went live on IG during a visit on Friday. The video shows Watts speaking from her hospital bed. The reality told her followers that she’s got this and is trying her best.
“God got me,” she says to the camera at one point.
She also spoke about Natalie Nunn, asking about her show. Nunn had invited Watts to be part of her Zeus Network Baddies: South show before the accident.
At times, her speech isn’t very clear, but her sister translates what she’s saying for the camera. But, each day, she is making progress in her recovery.
Watts was injured in a car accident in March that left her with a brain injury, two breaks in her neck, and a broken arm.
The star’s Mercedes Benz crashed into a pickup truck on a Baker, California freeway. After flipping multiple times, her car burst into flames. Watts was pulled from the vehicle by a passenger of the truck.
She was taken to a Nevada hospital and was initially listed in critical condition. She has remained in the hospital while recovering.
