Over the weekend, actor Gary Busey was accused of sexually assaulting multiple people while at a booking event in New Jersey, accusations he denies.
Busey was spotted in Malibu on Monday and was asked by a photographer if he had any regrets about how he acted during the Monster Mania convention that took place last weekend, in which he said he had zero regrets because he did nothing wrong.
He has since been charged with several counts of criminal sexual contact and harassment after he allegedly put his face close to a woman’s breasts and asked where she got them.
The woman claims he also attempted to unlatch her bra strap and another woman claims he grabbed her butt. And it didn’t stop there; authorities say they got a call from a man who claimed Busey grabbed his daughter’s butt too.
Still, the actor said, “nothing happened.” He also said the whole interaction with the women lasted less than 10 seconds, and they made up the story.
Busey says he has witnesses, a photographer, and his partner, who will back up his story, TMZ reported.
When asked if he could have acted inappropriately but was unaware, he said there was no chance of that.
He is scheduled to be arraigned on August 31.
