ABC reportedly is not looking for potential replacements for T.J. Holmes and Amy Robach.
The media giant is currently investigating whether Amy and T.J.’s relationship violated company policies. However, further reports indicate that Holmes may have had an affair with an intern at GMA.
It has been reported that DeMarco Morgan has already been tapped to take Holmes’ place permanently, but network sources say that’s not true. He isn’t currently being “tested” as an alternative.
The same is said of the temporary anchors Rhiannon Ally, Gio Benitez, and Stephanie Ramos.
According to TMZ, ABC will make their decision on Amy and T.J. after the investigation.
In recent weeks, T.J. and Amy hired attorneys to prepare for potential legal action against ABC.
If the anchors are fired, their lawyers are prepared to file a lawsuit and raise the race question.
They asked, “Has ABC ever used the morals or conduct clause to fire or discipline two consenting adults at equal levels when both were white?”
